| Developed a plan to assist the city in attracting major new commercial and mixed-use development to the corridor and in encouraging property owners to upgrade the existing buildings along the street. We were asked to develop a streetscape concept and phased improvement master plan that would help to establish an identity for the newly created business district. Our preliminary work included an analysis of the parcels along the corridor to determine if they contained existing stable uses, not expecting to change, or if they needed redevelopment or new development. |
