| This mid-rise mixed-use retail & apartment complex is in the recently adopted Landmark/Van Dorn Corridor Plan. As the first new redevelopment project in this area, this site if of significant interest to City officials & is expected to catalyze other neighborhood changes. Located at one of the major corridor gateways, it is intended to create a new city landmark. Collaborating with the architects, we are creating a series of urban & lively streetscapes, public plazas & promenades linking storefronts to the retail parking areas, public art elements, as well as private courtyards & quiet gardens for area residents. The project will be LEED certified for sustainable site, materials & resources, indoor environmental quality & for innovation & design process. |
