| We were commissioned to create a site plan for a mixed-use development. Located just east of Baltimore, off of MD Rte 43, the site was completely wooded and was sporadically surrounded by new development including retail, office, industrial and residential. Surrounding forested areas that were not to be developed are being preserved. Throughout the design and planning process, many changes were made to the plan, as more discussions with the client occurred. These changes were made to maximize the total square footage of the buildings, while maintaing an attractive concept that works well. |
