| Working with the master developer, we led a multi-disciplinary team of consultants in developing a vision, program & preliminary master plan for this mixed-use town center within the 268 acre ArundelPreserve employment park. The master plan envisions the town center as the focal point of this 4 million square foot complex & as the pedestrian destination for it's residents & workers who stroll along the mile long linear park & pathway network. The town center is organized around a central plaza with a fountain & wide pedestrian promenade fronted by shops, a hotel, apartments, corporate offices & parking garage. We are also providing the design of the streetscapes, public plazas & private courtyards for the town center. |
