| The Faux Group was commissioned to prepare a master plan, design standards and site plans for this 4.3 million square foot mixed-use employment center in 2002. Designed as the premier employment center in the BWI Baltimore Washington corridor, it will accommodate the growing demands for corporate office space created by NSA, Homeland Security and the Fort Meade BRAC development. This town center was the first development approved under Anne Arundel County’s recently created Mixed-Use zoning ordinance. The plan features a series of compact clusters with shared parking structures along a signature 1 1/2 mile parkway with a linear park. |
